The Small Business Development Center at Raritan Valley Community College offers small business owners the assistance they need to plan and develop successful and profitable ventures. Conceptualizing all aspects of your business operation is critical to its success. Our purpose is to help aspiring small business owners, and those already operating a business, define or redefine their business objectives and assist them in moving forward.

We provide services to small businesses in all industries, including technology, manufacturing, retail, service, wholesale, as well as international trade. Our professional counselors have expertise in the following areas: accounting & finance (including QuickBooks counseling), business plans, international, legal, manufacturing, marketing, product commercialization, food & retail, trademarks/copyrights and more!

We also help small businesses achieve Small Business (SBE), Minority (MBE) and/or Woman-Owned Business (WBE) Certification. BUILDING & FINANCING YOUR BUSINESS - WEDNESDAY, MAY 14, 2008, from 12 Noon to 2 PM at PHILIPS LIGHTING COMPANY, 200 FRANKLIN SQUARE DRIVE, SOMERSET, NEW JERSEY, 08853 -- First, presentations will be made by various lenders and other small business resources on how small businesses can obtain financing. Then lenders are available for one-on-one discussions with small business attendees.
