Marketing is every element of contact with your target audience to get repeat and referral business. It starts with a “marketing mindset” PLUS your time, energy, and imagination. Generational & WOM Marketing

There are five living generations. Marketing strategies and methods of communication need to be planned according to the backgrounds, world events, economic conditions, morals, values, trends, fads, war, peace, lifestyles, preferences, and priorities specific to each generation. Social media and the quest for multiple sources of information have prompted a growing need for increased communication using a variety of preferred methods for each target audience you serve. In reality, it’s all about word-of-mouth communication and conversations, seeking advice and offering recommendations for the purpose of attracting and achieving long-term relationships with each generation in your target market. Communication Skills
