SBDC at RVCC clients Michele Walten and Karen Vitale teamed up to develop a new boutique concept called Philosophy.  They opened their doors in April and offer a variety of unique clothes, accessories and home furnishings. Candy Bouquet of Branchburg, located at 1190 Route 28, directly across from Raritan Valley Community College is thrilled to be celebrating the completion of their first year in business.
