Once you have a business and marketing plan you need to know how to be an effective salesperson. Almost all entrepreneurs feel they are good sales people but don’t have any formal training. Let our CPA teach you not to be afraid of numbers. Learn what records you need to keep and how to do your own bookkeeping. Once you have mastered that, you will then be taught how to create spreadsheets as a management tool, understanding revenue and expense, structure and relationships, meaningful forecasts and projections, break-even analysis, balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow. You will also learn about tax responsibilities based on the entity you choose, and to which tax deductions you are entitled. (9 hours)
